Rainy-Day Happenings at and
Near Stage Neck Inn!

Rocky coast dramatics    People erroneously cancel their plans to come to Maine if they know or think that the weather is going to be stormy. Those who have been to the Inn during or after a storm know what a mistake not coming is. One cannot describe in words how truly awe-inspiring the ocean is at those times. The waves are incredible! It's a humbling experience to just observe the immense power of the ocean.

In addition, the Stage Neck Inn offers indoor amenities which rival those typically found at a property of twice this size. There is an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi tub, a fitness center with a co-ed sauna, two year-round and two-seasonal restaurants, and many quiet nooks and chairs in which to sit and relax with a book. Stage Neck Inn also offers a day spa, The Spa at Stage Neck, in which you may enjoy body and nail treatments (massage, manicures, pedicures and more). More information about each of these amenities may be found by clicking on the highlighted words or using the links at left.

Did you know that it's only a 5 minute drive from the Inn to the Kittery Outlets and to the national headquarters of Stonewall Kitchen? There are also quaint boutiques, art galleries and antique shops nearby at which you will find some one-of-a-kind gift items for yourselves and your loved ones. Please CLICK HERE to see a slide show of just a few of the scenic byways within a 15 minute drive of the inn.

Our Local Attractions page (link at left) lists the many, many things to do and see in Southern Maine. Here are a but few highlights ...
