*The above rates include your deluxe room and complimentary breakfast ($17.95 per person value ~ gratuities are additional). Rates also do not include maid gratuities or State Meals and Lodging Tax (currently 7%). As a convenience to our guests, we will automatically charge a housekeeping gratuity of $2 per person per day to your room account.
Please note Lower Beach Side rooms do not offer a direct ocean view. However, they do feature a private patio overlooking the gardens. Steps beyond this are the beach, tennis courts, and ocean.
Lower Beach Rooms are furnished with two double beds; all other room choices offer two doubles or one king-sized bed. Please specify your preference when making your reservation. (Shown at left is one of our newly-expanded 300-Series Oceanfront Guest Rooms.)
The above rates vary based upon room location and single or double occupancy. No more than four people may occupy a guest room.

Dining facilities are available at the resort offering complete service for three meals a day. All food and beverage charges which are added to your room account are subject to a 18% gratuity charge.

ADVANCE DEPOSITS
All confirmations will be subject to our receipt of first and last nights' room charge (first night only on a stay of 1 or 2 nights) plus Maine State Meals and Lodging Tax (currently 7%). If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit charge will be processed the day the reservation is taken.
Cancellations with at least 14-days notice will receive a deposit refund (less a $25 handling fee if a credit card was used) or will be applied in full to a future reservation. Cancellations with less than 14-days notice will forfeit the deposit. Reservations may be cancelled using our online reservation system and your reservation number. Please write down your cancellation number for future reference.
Reservations are based on both arrival and departure (your deposit applies to the last night of your reservation).
RESERVATIONS
While specific locations cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to honor your preferences as closely as possible.
Typically, we do not accept one-day reservations for Friday or Saturday. A three-night minimum applies during holiday weekends. However, space will be sold for shorter periods of time when available; please call to inquire.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, travellers checks, and the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, Diners Club, and American Express.
DRESS CODE
Cover-ups are required when wearing a swimsuit throughout the Inn. No swimsuits or tanktops in Harbor Porches, please.
All rates are subject to change and correction without notice.
A note about 3rd party booking sites: Stage Neck Inn makes every attempt to keep the information channeled to 3rd party sites current. However, once we have updated the information we have no control over when and if the 3rd party sites update the information in their data bases. In the case of any discrepancies, the policies on this page prevail.
