Planning an Off-Site Meeting
One look at an aerial photograph of Stage Neck Inn will introduce you to our spectacular oceanfront, clifftop resort location. Yet one of the most important factors in making conferences, meetings, and even weekend getaways at Stage Neck Inn so memorable is not so readily apparent on paper or at a quick glance. The difference at Stage Neck Inn is our well-trained staff. Each staff member is dedicated to offering a level of service in par with our one-of-a-kind setting. We are also dedicated to offering superb cuisine with choice to suit your tastes and budget. This Conference Planners' Guide was put together to help you plan your event and provide information to your conference attendees. Meeting Coordinator After receipt of your Meeting Conference Agreement, one of our experienced Conference Coordinators will assist you in planning each detail for your successful meeting or conference at Stage Neck Inn. Check-In and Check-Out Our check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. Should conferences require early check-ins or late check-outs, an appropriate charge based upon our European Plan daily rates will apply, subject to accommodations availability. Gratuities A service charge of 18% will be added to all food and beverage selections, except those included under our American Plan package. In addition, there is a $2 per person, per day room gratuity. Personal services for the bellhop are not covered. Recognition for extraordinary service is always appreciated.
