Our boutique hotel features 58 deluxe guest rooms. Each offers fine linens, a down comforter, British Colonial furnishings, and a french-door slider to your private deck or terrace. Choose from one king or two double beds. All rooms offer a desk area as shown above, reflected in the wall mirrors.

All of these guest rooms are classified as Oceanfront Guest Rooms. The rooms in the 200-level series on the ocean side of the Inn offer walk out patiosm those on the river and beach sides offer balconies. The rooms in the 300-level series have nice balcony areas. Rooms in our 100-level series also offer walk-out patios.

Our beach side rooms face York Harbor Beach. Lower Beach rooms are at ground level and have a privacy fence and gardens. See additional exterior images below..

In-room amenities include free WiFi wireless or data port Internet connectivity, a CD/radio, VCR/DVD unit, small refrigerator, private safe, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, private bath, hair dryer, and voice-mail service. For your convenience, we have supplied two plush terry robes for your use during your stay and offer complimentary evening maid turndown service each night. Full-menu room service may be ordered throughout the day and well into the night. Also, you may make advanced reservations for an professional spa treatment such as massage and Reiki for both men and women or nail treatments. Please see our spa menu for details.
