Our boutique hotel features 58 deluxe guest rooms. Each offers fine linens, a down comforter, British Colonial furnishings, and a french-door slider to your private deck or terrace. Choose from one king or two double beds. The room shown above is room No 301 with an Ocean View. The photo above right was taken next to guest room No. 129, which is considered a River View guest room. Our beach side rooms face York Harbor Beach. Lower Beach rooms are at ground level and have a privacy fence and gardens..
