Fitness Center

Stage Neck Inn has a nicely outfitted Fitness Center. Facilities in the Fitness Room include a Co-Ed Sauna, Universal Gym, Lifecycle, Rower, Runner’s Treadmill, and Stair Stepper. This exercise room offers a wide range of exercise equipment to keep you up-to-date on your fitness program while you are on vacation or attending a business conference here.

It's a great alternative to walking the beach or doing other outdoor activities when the weather's not nice. The Indoor Pool also features a Jacuzzi tub for your fitness and relaxation.

The Co-ed sauna and locker rooms with showers are available to guests joining us for a body or nail treatment at The Spa at Stage Neck.
