Swedish Massage ~ Soothing massage designed to relieve muscle tension and reduce stress, decreasing pain and improving sleep. Light or Medium pressure is used, depending on your needs.

Intensive Muscle Relief ~ An intensive massage that utilizes deep pressure, Swedish strokes and Trigger Point Therapy to target specific muscle groups; Black Pepper, Rosemary and Ginger essential oils boost blood flow and warm muscle tissue, relieving tension, stress and pain.

Couple's Intensive Muscle Relief ~ As described above.

Pre-Natal Massage ~ Designed to relax the mother-to-be; reduces neck, shoulder, and lower back tension, promotes circulation and a more restful sleep. IMPORTANT: If you are pregnant we strongly suggest that you consult your doctor before receiving massage.

Hot Stone Massage ~ Heated basalt stones and warm aromatherapy massage oils are used to penetrate tight muscles.

Aromatherapy Stress Relief Treatment ~ Aromatherapy steamed towels for the face and décolleté followed by a soothing, hydrating facial masque and massage for the face, neck, shoulders, hands and feet.
