What better way to enhance the beauty and romance of your wedding day than holding your wedding ceremony on the point at Stage Neck Inn and then having a uniquely elegant reception in our Harbor View Room or our Harbor Porches.

We will work with you to ensure that your plans will not be disruptive to the stay of our other guests. An additional fee of $500 shall be charged for on-site ceremonies regardless of in which room the reception is held.

Afternoon Receptions
September through June for
up to 125 guests

Celebrate your love with a daytime reception in our Harbor Porches restaurant, overlooking the ocean. This room is available from September through June for your afternoon wedding reception of up to 125 guests. The reception will run between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Evening Receptions,
Year Round for up to 100 Guests
(75 Guest Limit July & August)

For your evening reception, you'll have sweeping views of our beautiful beach, historic "summer cottages" that line the adjacent cliffs, and the serene Harbor in our spacious Harborview Room. We can host evening wedding receptions of up to 100 guests, September through June, and up to 75 guests in July and August. The reception will run between 6 PM and Midnight.

Our Function / Banquet Coordinator and Executive Chef will work with you in planning every detail to meet your expectations and budget, from menus to room setup and your selection of champagne for the toast. This will ensure that your reception flows smoothly, just as you have envisioned it.

Bar and Beverage Service

We have an extensive selection of wines and champagne. Open or Cash Bar services can be arranged for your reception. There is a mandatory $50 bartender fee, regardless of which option you select. For your convenience, we offer the following Hosted-Bar Pricing Options (prices include all brands of liquor, house champagne and house wine and are stated per person):

Overnight Accommodations and Honeymoons

May we suggest that you consider accommodations at the Inn for yourselves, your bridal party, and/or your out-of-town guests. Many bridal couples make a weekend of their wedding, treating the women to treatments at The Spa at Stage Neck and the men to 18 holes of golf at a nearby course.

We suggest reservations well in advance, since availability may be limited at times. Stage Neck Inn is also a wonderful destination for a honeymoon on the coast of Maine.
